Читер-WC: Я согласен в этом плане с великим тренером Марком Дворецким. Он создал свою программу с упражнениями, и цена была довольно высока. ------ пишет Михальчишин. Так где же взять эту программу? на иммортале нет помогите найти --- компьютерная программа Марка Дворецкого ----- на нее он ссылается во многих своих книгах --предлагаеет приобрести ее там вся картотека упражнений Марка ! у кого она есть дайте скачать! поспрашивайте учеников дворецкого у кого нибудь должна быть !!

Плюсы: мелкий размер и бесплатность (несомненно), но производитель - M$ (сомнительно).
