Очевидно можно было попытаться обмануть инсталлятор подменив номер версии Аквариума в реестре, но я не стал там копаться, мне проще было сделать так.

Я книгу Номена подключил как обычное дерево в самом Аквариуме (Sandbox-вкладка Trees - Options- Options (откроется окошко Trees Configuration)-New - и далее указываем место, где книга находится (у меня-в папке со старым Аквариумов она лежит), затем даем название книги (Noomen Book к примеру) и жмем OK). В итоге книга подхватывается и ничего заного копировать и устанавливать не надо.
